Shipping & returns
Roast and post
We post within Australia. We are not shipping to addresses outside Australia at this time.
We roast Monday to Friday and aim to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.
We use the Australia Post Parcel Post service. Read more about Australia Post's delivery speeds and coverage on their website.
When you place an order, with us we ask you for a valid email address. Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provide.
For CBD or inner city orders, talk to us about delivery.
Authority to leave
All parcels are marked as 'Authority to Leave'. If you do not want this selection made, leave a comment in the comments section at checkout advising so. Please keep in mind that if no one is home to sign for the parcel, it may be delivered to your nearest parcel collection point or returned to Dark Horse Coffee Roasters. It is your responsibility to provide a secure and attended delivery address.
Drink while fresh!
Your coffee may be roasted up to 72 hours prior to it being picked up by the courier. We recommend drinking our coffee within 21 days of receiving it. Store coffee in a cool, dry place.
Return policy
Quality control is at the core of our business. We only ship coffee that meets our strict quality standards. For this reason, we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases.
If you have purchased coffee beans from Dark Horse Coffee Roasters and are not satisfied or if you have purchased a coffee subscription and wish to cancel the remainder due to dissatisfaction, please email us@darkhorsecoffeeroasters
Cancelling or changing your order
It may be difficult for us to cancel or change your order. If you change your order more than 24 hours after you first place it, we may not be able to cancel it.
If you need to change or cancel an order please email us at us@darkhorsecoffeeroasters as soon as possible after you place your order.
